For more than twenty years, Shawn has worked with key partners to fund non-profit organizations and strategies around the world. He is a visionary leader and successful entrepreneur whose unwavering commitment to making a global impact has led him on an extraordinary leadership journey. From raising personal support in the early years of ministry to leading multi-million dollar initiatives today, Shawn is passionate about connecting people to opportunities that produce life change both for the receiver and the giver. 

Over the years, Shawn has forged strong and enduring partnerships with key stakeholders in various industries. His ability to identify mutual benefits and align interests has resulted in strategic collaborations that drive growth and foster innovation. These partnerships have expanded the reach of the organizations he represents and opened doors to new opportunities and resources. 

Shawn and his wife, Kelly, have been married for twenty three years and have three teenagers, based in Austin, Texas. He currently serves as VP of Development for one of the largest non-profit organizations in the Caribbean. The McGraths are also proud owners of the leading family dessert shop in southwest Austin.
