He is a visionary leader and successful business entrepreneur whose unwavering commitment to making a global impact has led him on an extraordinary leadership journey. From leading ministry efforts to directing multi-million dollar initiatives today, Shawn is passionate about connecting people to opportunities that produce life change both for the receiver and the giver. 

Shawn and his wife, Kelly, have been married for twenty five years and have three children, based in Austin, Texas. He currently serves as Chief Development Officer for one of the largest non-profit organizations in the Caribbean.
